Microsoft Excel is a useful tool for organizing, analyzing, and summarizing data regarding student learning such as rubric or test scores. This presentation will demonstrate how to use Excel to transform these scores into useful and meaningful information about student learning in your program and/or classroom. Specifically, we will provide an example set of data where you will learn how to:
· Compute sums, averages, frequencies, and percentages
· Generate data visuals such as a stacked bar chart
Finally, once you have summarized the findings, you may then decide how to use them to develop strategies improve student learning.
