This workshop introduces graduate students to cutting-edge tools that are transforming the research process. Participants will explore how artificial intelligence can accelerate literature reviews, support text and data analysis, and uncover new patterns in scholarship. We will also examine the expanding role of digital archives in providing access to rare, multimedia, and community-based sources across disciplines. Finally, the session highlights visualization strategies such as dashboards, network maps, and infographics that help researchers communicate complex findings with clarity and impact. Through examples and a brief reflection activity, students will learn how to integrate these tools thoughtfully into their own projects while maintaining ethical and critical awareness.
