Qualtrics is a survey software supported by CPP. This session introduces the mechanics of the survey design process from creating standard questions (e.g., multiple-choice, matrix tables, rank order, etc.,) collecting responses, generating standard reports, and exporting data for further analysis. We will also discuss key considerations such as timing, response rates, and ways survey data support your program’s assessment efforts.
